Jim Jowsey TropiCast Showcase #47: Musical Comfort Food: JimmyPirate's Favorites

Showcase #47: Musical Comfort Food: JimmyPirate's Favorites Took a look at the TropiCast Library the other day and noticed we have over 2100 songs and it's always growing. Got to thinking about some of my favorites that we've been sent over the last three years and I thought I might share them with you in the confines of one show. Not all of them mind you, but a few. Enjoy, JimmyPirate Click To Get Showcase #47Continue

Jim Jowsey The TropiCast Radio Showcase Episode #41: It's 20 below...

But the music is hot on this episode of The TropiCast Radio Showcase. You may have noticed that in the past year we've added a sponsor to the top of each show, and that sponsor would be Snoloha, a successful clothing company that caters to the escapist, whether it be a sun soaked beach or a cabin in the woods. We spoke to Rod Call, the founder and owner of the company and have that interview for you. Also a Trop Rock Calendar Report and some new stuff that you've never heard before on the showca… Continue

Deb Introductions

Hello, I am Deb. You'll find me out & about taking photos of the area. I sometimes enter photos online at photo competition sites as a means of improving my skills. I take advantage of Evangola State Park quite regularly and I enjoy the festivities the park offers throughout the year. Jim Loncher I miss the area!!

I've been away from Angola for about 19 years, and I miss it a ton. I used to work at Taco Cantina and Mr. Bills (apparently gone now), and can still taste those "mothers." Just trying to stay in touch with the old area. Would love to retire back home, but the lack of jobs kind of scares me off. It's also tough trying to explain that the snow really isn't that bad. I fell in love with the area and resolved to "live on the beach" someday. Fast forward thirty years and here I am. a proud resident of Angola, NY. I love the beaches, I love the people and I feel that I'm very fortunate that my children will be able to experience living out here every day. Maybe I'm romanticizing the a… Continue
